Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services industries.
• Supervisory, leadership and coaching experience required.
• Strong business development skills including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and develops a store team to deliver legendary customer and employee experiences.
• Originates loan applications and manages conditions of lending.
• Partners with Specialists to grow the store portfolio and deepen customer relationships.
• Ensures store operations, scheduling, and risk controls are executed effectively.
• Drives store and shareholder value through deposits, loans and referrals.
• Maintains a high standard of risk management and regulatory compliance.
