Farmers Co-op Oil Company of Renville is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role focuses on building a strong team, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales and profitability through effective leadership and store standards.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing employees and store performance in a fast-paced retail
