Job summary

LAKE Weekend Wear, LLC is seeking a Sales Lead to support store sales, maintain operational and visual standards, and deliver exceptional hospitality in our retail environments in Charleston. You will engage clients, drive sales performance, coach associates, and manage stock and merchandising to reflect the brand’s aesthetic.

Responsibilities include daily stock maintenance, opening/closing duties, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs retail experience
• Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to create inspirational, personalized shopping experiences reflecting the LAKE brand.
• Support daily and monthly sales goals through active selling and clienteling.
• Model unmatched hospitality for the store team and build relationships with clients.
• Work with the retail team to achieve/exceed sales targets and store performance.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, trends, and brand story.
• Assist leadership with opening/closing duties, coaching, resolving customer concerns, leading by example.
• Assist with receiving/stock processing and inventory accuracy; support opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure displays reflect seasonal visual direction and maintain merchandising standards.
• Act as key holder and point-of-contact during manager absence, coaching associates.
