Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business and support initiatives.
• Enforce company policies to maintain a safe customer and staff environment.
• Lead and mentor the sales team; delegate tasks and manage performance.
• Oversee daily operations to maximize payroll efficiency and store profitability.
• Participate in hiring and approve timesheets for store staff.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and advise on promotions.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences with expert styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales, train on client relationship building, and manage client books.
• Coordinate weekly reorders/transfers with corporate.
• Oversee monthly inventory counts and understand receiving and processing of merchandise.
• Maintain professional appearance aligned with Dôen brand and coordinate with Visual Manager.
• Ensure prompt communication and accurate POS transactions.
