You will drive the business with a strong leadership presence, training, and accountability for daily operations, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team to reach new levels of performance, and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Select, hire, and develop the best talent for the store.
• Drive daily sales by managing the sales strategy and coaching the team.
• Analyze store metrics and adjust plans to meet targets.
