The Vitamin Shoppe in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Manager with a proven track record in leading sales-focused teams. You will foster a customer-centric shopping experience, hire and develop staff, and drive daily performance through coaching and effective store leadership.

You will manage floor operations, monitor key metrics, and implement training programs that promote growth and high performance. A passion for health and wellness, plus strong communication skills, are essential to succeed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience
• At least 1 year of retail management experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture by building customer loyalty and creating personalized shopping experiences.
• Drive top-line sales through effective floor leadership, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Attract, recruit and retain top talent; coach and develop team members.
• Ensure accountability and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Develop a high-performing team of Health Enthusiasts who deliver results.
• Support training initiatives and foster continuous education across the store.
• Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while developing others to do the same.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales data and translate into action plans to drive revenue.
• Build external community relationships and grassroot events to grow sales.
