The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive a compelling in-store experience. You will cultivate a sales culture, coach associates, and develop staff to meet and exceed daily goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Based in Florida, you will manage day-to-day operations, optimize store performance, and foster loyalty through personalized service, merchandising excellence, and strong community presence in Ocala markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals and payroll targets.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and retain great people.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
