You will manage operations, training, scheduling, inventory, and customer service while executing promotions and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all store operations.
• Strong communication skills, integrity and decisiveness.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Must have or obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and manage lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members; focus on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits; maintain safety and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and support deli/QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
