Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales and profitability.
• Provide best-in-class guest service; greet guests, respond to questions, and promote promotions.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and payroll processes.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, merchandised per guidelines, and products are easy to see and buy.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily and process transactions accurately using POS.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates; ensure onboarding and compliance training.
