Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote promotions.
• Manage POS transactions and returns.
• Promote loyalty programs and reservations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training prior to shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory control.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and stock management.
• Lead team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
