Job summary

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit leadership as required.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and resolve guest questions/concerns promptly and courteously.
• Oversee store environment, visuals, initiatives, and guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing to meet guest service standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding and compliance training for associates before opening or closing shifts.
