Job summary

LPT Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Wesley Chapel area. You will oversee store operations, lead a team, manage cash, inventory, and expenses, and ensure compliance with company standards.

You will report to the District Manager and be responsible for staffing, training, and performance management to drive sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on supervision in a retail c-store environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English; additional languages a plus.
• Capable of long hours and standing for extended periods.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations.
• Collaborative approach to drive site performance.
• Must be insurable by company auto policy.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and bank deposits daily.
• Analyze sales trends and staffing needs.
• Recruit, train and schedule staff; develop subordinates.
• Post schedules within labor guidelines and delegate duties.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure store meets safety, appearance, and policy standards.
• Order groceries and manage merchandising and pricing.
