L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Riverview, FL location. The role reports to the District Manager and oversees store operations, staffing, training, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include cash/inventory controls, daily reporting, bank deposits, staffing plans and performance reviews to drive store performance and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write and understand the English language; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• 2+ years management experience.
• High school level math competency.
• Collaborative work style, able to partner with all personnel to drive overall site performance.
• Insurable by company's auto liability insurance carrier.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs from the floor.

Aufgaben

• Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Complete and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight all other days of the week.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline.
• Call in fuel report by 8:00 a.m. each day.
• Develop and post work schedules for all employees within the labor guidelines established.
• Recruit, screen and hire new employees.
• Coach, counsel and direct the activities of employees in the store on a day-to-day basis and provide ongoing training.
• Ensure that the store meets company standards (safety, appearance, security, etc.) and that all employees comply with company policies.
