Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to develop a strong team.
• Provide leadership training through the 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program.
