Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate timely information to all employees and management.
