Roses Discount Stor in Franklin, VA is seeking a Store Manager to maximize sales and profitability while upholding company policies and procedures.

You will lead a team, train an Assistant Manager, manage scheduling and payroll, control inventory shrinkage, and ensure excellent customer service and store operations in a busy shopping center environment. This role requires adjusting to varying hours, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining clean, organized displays and stockrooms.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of related experience in store management.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Strong planning, coaching, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with customers.
• Successfully complete the Management Training Program.
• Employ and train an Assistant Manager with approval of District Manager.
• Supervise store personnel training with Assistant Manager and District Manager.
• Obtain advice of District Manager on personnel/operational issues.
