Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and delivery of guest experiences.
• It\'s up to you to make your store a success.
• We provide an 8+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
