Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Muskogee, OK. You will oversee one store, manage associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management as part of store leadership responsibilities.
• Complete an eight-week (or longer) Store Leadership Training program provided by Panda.
