Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Mustang, OK. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

We support growth and development, with a strong focus on food safety and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
