Job summary

Lowe’s Stores in Tyler, TX is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee expenses, merchandising standards, safety, and workforce while partnering with HR, Asset Protection and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, analyze store performance data, and champion service excellence to boost margins and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment with Sales Volume exceeding 20M annually; or 5 years of leadership in a similar setting.
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional and timely service to all customers.
• Monitor performance, profitability, and flow-through of store plans and programs.
• Champion strategic asset protection plans to improve safety and security outcomes.
• Manage overall store operations including expenses, merchandising standards, compliance, safety, security, and workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy.
• Recruit and develop talent, drive sales and service strategies, analyze data to inform store strategies, and act as Lowe’s brand ambassador.
