Job summary

Thoroughbred Express in Washington, DC seeks a Site Manager with strong leadership to guide a retail team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will set standards, optimize profitability, and coordinate with vendors.

Travel for training is required; you will recruit, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and uphold safety and quality across the store.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the tunnel equipment and general facilities maintenance.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Exemplifies a strong safety mindset and strict adherence to protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
