Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. You will set service standards, supervise scheduling, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining a safe and organized facility.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and continuous improvement to boost profitability and efficiency across all store functions.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all store daily operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and upkeep.
• Train, motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit sales goals.
• Perform maintenance on tunnel equipment and facilities.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors and employees.
• Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and compliance with protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
