Job summary

Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor a dynamic team. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold safety and maintenance standards to deliver peak performance.

You will implement profitability strategies, monitor performance, and foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees while traveling for training as required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment.
• Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates.
• Lead safety programs and maintain adherence to protocols.
• Travel to another site for required training as needed.
