Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership skills focused on collaboration, problem solving, and empowering diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages. Includes merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers and mentor for promotions.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales; advise on merchandise mix, inventory, and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs and policies to minimize risk and expenses.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with high standards in service and presentation, and set clear action plans for store initiatives.
