Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Minnesota to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage expenses, and oversee merchandising, operations, and loss prevention in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving, with a focus on shrink reduction.
• Recruit and develop Associates; mentor and lead a positive, engaging environment for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement plans for projects, targets and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store operations improvements.
