Job summary

Roggenart in Ellicott City is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise the store team, drive sales, and deliver legendary customer service in a fast-paced European bakery environment.

You will coach, plan and optimize operations, inventory, hygiene and product quality while maintaining a positive, teamwork-driven atmosphere. A minimum of 1 year in restaurant/kitchen management is required.
