You will enforce visual merchandising, elevate customer service, and partner with Home Office to execute brand initiatives in a high-energy, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training retail staff.
• Ability to manage payroll and scheduling to meet payroll goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Hire, develop, and manage store personnel including store leadership.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory control and loss prevention; ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Create a compelling store experience and engage with the local community.
