Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Corte Madera is seeking an energetic retail leader to support store operations, payroll, cash handling and inventory control. You will help drive sales goals, engage the team, and ensure a positive, inclusive environment with strong customer service.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding new hires, and maintaining brand standards while collaborating with Home Office for events and community connection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational excellence in daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.
• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and quotas.
• Drive KPI performance (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour) and maintain a collaborative selling environment.
• Execute flawless store visual presentation and manage merchandising adaptations as needed.
• Coach and develop staff, handling onboarding and ongoing training activities.
