Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to cultivate an authentic selling environment.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily.
• Ensure store security, safety and loss prevention compliance.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards and housekeeping.
• Assist in cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive resolution.
• Collaborate with store leadership on elevated issues and brand events.
• Support integration of new technologies to enhance consumer experience.
