Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or operations management, Deere product experience, and a degree (associates required; bachelor’s preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or operations management.
• Experience with John Deere and/or competitive products.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute on annual budgets and business plans for the location, leading the location to achieve the established goals and objectives.
• Develop, coach and lead all employees at assigned store leveraging management team for support.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and strong communication within the store as well as across the company.
• Direct customer sales, meeting annual individual sales goals and metrics.
• Own Deere Performance Metrics.
• Drive profitable growth of Sales, Parts and Service for the location.
