TravisMathew, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to run day-to-day retail operations at our King of Prussia location, leading sales, service, and the customer experience. You will manage staff, scheduling, and in-store events while ensuring profitability and high standards of presentation.

The role requires coaching teams, executing merchandising strategies, and collaborating with HQ on inventory and marketing initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail store management.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a client services related capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and KPIs.
• Manage store P&L by driving revenue and controlling expenses.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives to maximize space.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to HQ team.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competition.
• Create and manage in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activity.
• Support new store openings, remodels, pop-ups and events.
• Provide direction, feedback and coaching to foster collaboration.
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team.
• Train to meet client service standards and company policies.
• Manage store HR functions including scheduling and timecard review.
