REI Co-op in Utah seeks an experienced retail manager to lead store teams, drive sales across channels, and translate standards into exceptional customer service. You’ll train, coach, recognize performance, and ensure timely execution of company initiatives while fostering a customer-centric culture.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail management, strong relationship-building, and a knack for prioritization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful retail management experience (preferred)
• Ability to communicate and build relationships inside and outside the organization
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints to support the business
• Uses business understanding and sound judgment to solve problems
• Makes solid recommendations by combining information from various sources
• Sets clear goals and priorities to produce quality work
• Organizes resources to meet deadlines and keeps others informed

Responsibilities

• Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates responsibilities to team.
