Job summary

Lee's Discount Liquor is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to oversee day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and maintain strong customer service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate/bachelor’s preferred), 3–5 years of retail experience (liquor experience a plus), and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Liquor industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives revenue and customer counts.
• Maintains store appearance, cleanliness, organization, and accurate sale signage.
• Weekly store orders with distributors and processing receipts.
• Manages inventory and shelf management for optimal levels.
• Identifies opportunities to grow sales.
• Conducts weekly cash reconciliations and follows internal controls.
• Manages refunds, voids, and discounts daily.
• Supervises staff and creates/requests scheduling.
• Able to work all shifts including opening and closing.
• Follows procedures and corporate accounting practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
