Golf Galaxy is seeking a specialty Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations.

Responsibilities

1. Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and report analysis.
2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers by ensuring high associate engagement and service levels.
3. Drive and sustain sales intensity, operations integrity, and profitability within the store by setting high expectations, holding staff accountable, and monitoring progress.
4. Effectively schedule for the store, develop payroll plans, and monitor payroll daily.
5. Uphold Golf Galaxy standards for merchandise presentation.
6. Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and hiring across the store.
7. Select, onboard, empower, and develop a highly effective team.
8. Lead evaluation and development of in-store talent.
9. Define a clear vision and strategy to communicate expectations.
10. Demonstrate flexible leadership to foster team engagement, recognition, and open dialogue.
11. Hold team members accountable, facilitate change, and provide coaching/feedback.
12. Issue counseling and disciplinary actions as needed.
13. Drive shrink results through safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling compliance.
14. Ensure completion of training requirements.
15. Incorporate customer perspectives when defining success.

Qualifications
