GameStop Corp. in the United States is seeking a Store Manager who will oversee all aspects of store operations, develop a strong sales culture, and deliver outstanding guest service experiences.

You will lead a retail team, manage scheduling, payroll, and training, and ensure the store environment supports sales growth and loyalty programs. The role emphasizes managing multiunit teams, enforcing company policies, and driving profitability while maintaining inventory control and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model guest service and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store environment, visuals, and merchandise organization.
• Schedule staff and supervise store operations to meet guest service goals.
• Approve payroll, track paid time off, and ensure correct timekeeping.
• Lead onboarding, training, and compliance for associates.
• Communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain store records and safety compliance.
