Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service at our Darlington, SC location.

You will drive compliance with policies, safeguard safety, maximize sales and profitability, lead recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development while maintaining a secure, organized store environment and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret manuals, perform calculations, and operate cash registers.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Preferred: management experience in retail.
