Circle K is hiring a Store Manager for the Thief River Falls, MN location. Full-time role with flexible shift coverage including days, evenings, overnights and weekends. You will lead staffing, training, daily operations, and customer service to meet company standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), retail experience, strong supervision and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well organized.
• Schedule staff within company guidelines to maintain service and image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and manage budgets to maximize profits.
• Ensure posters and signs are visible and up to date.
