Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees to deliver excellent service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply fair, non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and coaching.
• Build positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure safe store operations and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare performance feedback and timely appraisals in writing.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate information clearly and timely to all employees.
• Organize action plans and maintain site files and reports.
