Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment/tools described in CSR/ASM.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Computer skills including report analysis, inventory and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well presented.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service within guidelines.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and coaching.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety and procedures.
• Ensure timely communication with all site employees and Market Manager.
• Organize files and manuals; supervise reports and merchandising.
