Job summary

Circle K in Warroad, MN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service at the Northern Tier location.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage inventory and cash controls, schedule shifts, and maintain store appearance in line with company standards. A high school diploma or GED and retail experience are preferred; a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management skills when hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are met.
