Circle K in Johnstown, OH is seeking a Store Manager. The role focuses on leading staff, scheduling, cash control and driving store performance. You will supervise employees, train teams, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Ability to manage inventory and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff within company guidelines to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure a safe, professional store image.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and oversee cash handling.
• Organize site files, posters and reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
