Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer, generate reports, manage inventory and cash controls.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including assistants and customer service reps.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels and merchandising per policy.
