Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for equipment usage and site operations.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory, cash, and notices.
• Valid driver license and transportation to bank/meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service within company guidelines.
• Apply fair management, training, counseling and motivation practices.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve issues.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure timely updates.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure proper merchandising and pricing.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; safeguard cash handling and financial accuracy.
