Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a team and ensure exceptional service at a busy auto-care location. This role requires 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, with a pay range of $61,300.00 - $104,200.00 and a focus on sales, customer loyalty, and operational excellence.

The Store Manager will manage staff, schedules, budgets, and store goals while maintaining records and delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for customer issues.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Customer-focused approach to sales and retention.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales and promotions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives.
• Recruit, schedule and supervise staff according to skill levels.
• Analyze payroll, budgets and store performance against goals.
• Maintain records and financial information accurately.
• Provide training to keep staff up-to-date on developments.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback.
• Ensure proper inventory control and merchandising displays.
• Support compliance with company policies and safety standards.
