Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales. The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with a sign-on bonus of $2,500 at 90 days.

The Store Manager will manage staff, scheduling, payroll, budgets, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and training requirements.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales management experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer issues.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
