Pandora stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a high-performance retail environment. The role focuses on coaching Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

You will spend meaningful time on the shop floor, mentor your team, and collaborate with HR to address performance issues, ensuring standards in merchandising and customer service are consistently met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales staff and supervisors to exceed KPI targets.
• Spend significant time on the sales floor delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales and implement visual merchandising directives.
• Identify and resolve performance issues in partnership with HR and leadership.
• Ensure effective store operations and talent development across the team.
