Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a Store Manager to bring the brand to life in-store, leading with intention and delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales. You will mentor a diverse team, manage visual merchandising, and uphold store standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 1–3 years in retail leadership, preferably apparel; a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; and strong communication with a community-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and average transaction).
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and learning agility to adapt quickly and build brand presence in the community.
• Deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience rooted in product knowledge and authentic connections.
• Grow brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, clienteling, and pop-ups.
• Manage merchandising, operations, and store compliance with company policies; support scheduling and store safety.
