Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the store, including reports, inventory control, cash control, employment forms.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and recruits, hires and trains staff.
• Maintains store image, cleanliness, stocking and organization per company standards.
• Schedules employees within guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Manages cash handling, reports and basic financials; analyzes sales and expenses to maximize profits.
