Job summary

Circle K is seeking a store leader in Indiana, PA to supervise 2+ full-time staff and recruit, train, and schedule for strong customer service. You will maintain store image, manage daily operations and payroll-related tasks, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA job descriptions
• Ability to analyze reports, inventory and cash control using a computer

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises 2+ full-time employees, recruits and trains staff
• Develops tasks to keep store clean, stocked and well-kept
• Schedules employees and maintains store image per company standards
• Maintains professional relations with staff and supervisor
• Promotes service quality and resolves customer complaints
• Trains staff on safety procedures and cash handling
• Communicates with Market Manager and staff regularly
• Organizes store files and reports; ensures timely completion
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits
• Ensures merchandise is displayed and priced correctly
