Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager, Lead Representative and CSR.
• Recruit, hire and train employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept to Company standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
